web remodeling is the act of taking an existing site and overhauling its look and feel to make it easier to use, and more relevant to the company and its customers, without losing any of its existing functionality. just as one would remodel a house to make it look nicer and be more useful, bjturk.communications can remodel your site to do the same.

there are literally hundreds of sites out there that were created by companies who offered a "free" site design (supposedly done by their "students" to build their portfolios) with the proviso that the client host the site with them for one year at outrageous prices. many have fallen victim to such faxes, knowing neither what will result nor how much it may cost. the failure of these so-called services to satisfy even the most basic needs of their clients is common, and the need for remodeling such sites essential, if not urgent.

one of our clients suffered such an indignity, through no fault of their own. as internet growth exploded, they were desperate to gain a web presence but hadn't the expertise to build a site themselves. as is often the case, the easy way out proved not to be the best. they paid nearly three times the going hosting rate for a "free" design with which i would be personally and professionally embarrassed to associate myself. after i completed a badly-needed remodeling job, their simple, yet functional site (click here to see it) had much more visual appeal and utility that looked as professional as my client's firm.
